Driving instructor jobs / franchise with Ely School of Driving

Standards are at the forefront of our ethos. These high standards are prominent within our learner driver teaching program as well as our driving instructor training and franchise opportunities. Driving instructors working with Ely School of Driving do not have to work all the hours to simply meet the franchise payment.

Joining a national driving school or a local school such as Ely School of Driving is a dilemma met by many instructors. Unlike the national school's, Ely School of Driving do not ask you to sign a contract at any time. We believe our instructors are with us because they want to be and not forced due to contracts. This leaves you with the opportunity to leave at any time you wish. We also leave diary management in your hands. Part of being a driving instructor is being your own boss. We leave the decisions of who, where and what you teach completely in your hands - just as it should be.

Having said this, if at any point you are in need of help and advice, we are always here if the need arises.

What is involved?

The franchise at Ely School of Driving is simple. No contracts, work when, where you want and take only the pupils you want to. Full time franchise is £85.00 per week. This will provide you with as many pupils as you wish. The part-time franchise is £45.00 per week. a 2 week franchise free duration is granted to the full- time option. The franchise does not start until you have been provided with at least 10 hours of work.

What do you expect from me?

To maintain our high standards and reputation, it is important that Ely School of Driving instructors are at all times polite and patient. As we do not manage your diary, we ask that you let us know when you are in need of further pupils to teach. If a pupil has been received that you are not happy with, for example the area, then it is appreciated if you could let us know.
